amazing room convenient location local restaurant suggestions arranged transportation
the room was amazing it had a turkish bath. the location was also convenient. it was a short distance to many restaurants and shops. i liked that the staff offered suggestions for local restaurants. the hotel arranged transportation when requested.

the staff were attentive and friendly. they were available to meet our needs. the concierge was helpful and available for any need. we were given recommendations for restaurants and travel around the city.

the hotel features a turkish bath in the rooms. it created a relaxing start and end to each day. breakfast offered a good assortment. meats, pastries, jams, and coffee were provided.

peeling paint leaking ceiling
the location was acceptable near a canal and a bakery
the photos made the room look modern but it was old parts of the paint were peeling i used the ac and the ceiling started leaking so badly i had to change rooms at 1 am i had to negotiate getting breakfast in the new hotel
